Ross is an Australian citizen that has lived and worked in 22 countries and five war zones as an independent security-intelligence investigative consultant. From 1997 to 2022, Ross has been conducting protective security/intelligence management operations in both high/low-risk countries for foreign governments, private corporations, and individual risk management companies.

- Hostage, kidnap, and ransom negotiation activities.

OUR INTRODUCTION
The Director of Risk Analysis & Resources International Cambodia Co., Ltd started to design a unique risk management company to focus on the South-East Asian and Indo-Pacific region. After 26 years of risk management experience working with the Australian Government, military and contracted to corporate security risk management positions around the world. RAR International was developed from this experience and will be able to bring about a new dynamic in risk management and analysis across the South-East Asian and the Indo-Pacific Region.
RAR International Co., Ltd will draw its contracted consultants from a specialized group of expertise in the leading fields of international IT / Cyber Security and data protection, telecommunication technology, with law enforcement and Ex-military backgrounds. Moreover, the area and focus of IT/Cyber Security – data protection will provide secure access to business networks with virtual data programming and platforms to enhance the technical advantage for our client’s endeavours and their corporate investments. We will provide innovative risk management solutions, that are practical, which will result in positive outcomes to allow busy executives to concentrate more on their own “day to day” company commercial business.
